About Me

After graduating from NAIT’s Construction Engineering Technology program in the spring of 2001 - I jumped right into the Edmonton housing industry with Jayman MasterBuilt in the estimating dept.  The sales manager for Jayman at the time must’ve seen something in me because he started to push for me to give sales and the show homes a try.  So, after helping to train my replacement I went and worked a Saturday at the Riverside show home and was hooked.  My education in residential construction proved to be a huge asset and I was promoted to Area Sales Manager within the year.  Terwillegar Towne was my first area and I fell in love (so much so that my wife and I have called Terwillegar our home for 9 years now).  3 years later and it was time for me to try a different builder - Pacesetter Homes.  I continued selling in SW Edmonton for Pacesetter closing out a duplex project in Macewan before spending the next three years in South Terwillegar.

In 2007 I needed a break from the show homes and decided to give something else a try; working with a real estate brokerage and development group.  I spent the next 18 months helping to manage the brokerage as well as working with the dev. group on some different new condo projects.  By the summer of 2009 I was missing sales and decided to finally get licensed to trade in real estate.  September of 2009 it was official - I became a license REALTOR in the city of Edmonton.  I joined the RE/MAX team and haven’t looked back since.  I surprised even myself with how fast things started out and have won RE/MAX sales achievement awards all 6 years in the business.  I love being trusted by my clients to help them with quite possibly the most important task (and largest investment) of their lives; buying a home.  I am able to offer a unique advantage that most other agents can’t: My knowledge and education in how homes are built.  Having helped nearly 300 families build their dream home combined with my C.E.T. allow me to educate my clients on the science of homes and what to look for - both good and bad well before an inspector is brought in.

Being born and raised in Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Ardrossan - I know the city and surrounding areas as good as any and would love to help you and your family with your next move.
